Greetings everyone! My name is Jairo and I was born in Guatemala, the Land of Eternal Spring. Like many immigrants who travel to other countries every year to seek a better life, I immigrated to the US in 1987 just after finishing high school. Leaving everything behind was the hardest part for me but I knew it was an opportunity to build a better future.
